Beagle mix

Hi! My name is Libby and I am the last one of the “L” puppies! I am 12 weeks old and weigh approx. 8 pounds. We came to MW BREW with no mom in sight but they found us a surrogate beagle mom to care for us. We were lucky! My brothers and sister all found their furever homes and my foster mom says I will find mine soon enough!

My mom calls me her “energizer bunny”. I am very high energy and love to play. I am inquisitive, independent, stubborn, and stinking cute. I may be small but I make up for it in energy and will. I am tiny but mighty!

I do fine in a crate and also doing well in potty training. You have to keep an eye on me because I can climb out of my play pen when I really want something on the other side.

I do well with other dogs, love to give them kisses but they don’t seem too thrilled about it. I also love to kiss on the cat but I think I overwhelm him with my displays of affection and he runs away. I am not much into human snuggles unless I am extremely exhausted. Playing comes first!

My foster mom thinks I would do well in any home. I am a puppy and have lots to learn yet so I need a home that is prepared to devote time to me.

If you are looking for excitement and laughter I am your girl. I will promise to definitely keep you on your toes. If you think I am your perfect match, please contact you Midwest BREW adoption counselor right away!

NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).

Please read our Standards for Adoption and the information about beagles and puppies before you submit an adoption application. Remember that owning a puppy is a full time commitment and you must have the time to commit to a dog that will be with you for 12-17 years. Beagle puppies are cute - but they are very challenging. Puppies may eat your apartment (no refund of security deposit); people who are gone for more than 5 hours at a time will need to make dog walker, neighbor or doggie daycare arrangements; and for families with very small children, puppies will chew toys, shoes, blankets and hands, feet and other important parts of your child's anatomy.
